White Potato Pain Special Recipe Recomindations?

Special Recipe Recomindations? - white potato pain

I'm on a special diet for joint pain. The diet is as follows:

* Only the white meat (chicken, turkey, fish) red meat (beef, pork, etc..)

* No dairy products, except eggs.

* No wheat

* All nuts except peanuts.

* No fruit.

* Do you eat the vegetables! But no, corn, rice, peas or white potatoes (sweet potatoes are very good)

I had some recipes that follow, what I can and can not eat love! Thank you!

I recommend this diet for people trying to lose weight, I do not want to lose weight, all, and I lost 4 kilos in 5 days!

Eggs are not dairy products and vegetables is no rice.

Fry before you add the bone / skinless chicken breasts in olive oil and garlic, the vegetables you want.

It really sounds like a strange diet, why not whole grains. You need fiber whole grains. And there's a big difference in nuts. Almonds - unsalted, not roasted, so to speak, as a rule, the fair in the diet. I hope you do not eat nuts roasted or salted, whatever kind they are, if you shot in the foot.

In addition, no surprises or new here sounds like a basic rule of healthy nutrition.
