Is it legal to boot cars in an apartment complex? - booting cars columbus ohio
Have recently begun to launch the cars in our apartment complex. I never thought it was legal ... I thought it was legal to do so publicly. The reason I ask this because my car need to update labels here very soon and I fear that they will start the car.
No reliable information would be nice ...
Thank you!

It is privately owned. If the owner decides to allow it, is perfectly legal.
First, it "is it?
If the management of the flats, so chances are, they can, because the property is private and can control who is on the property. If this is the city staff to do, then you probably should start if you're right to do so (crimes unpaid tickets too ....). The fact that the city would do so on private property is questionable, because it is a public posting area. If this were a private gated parking then it is likely to need directions permission to enter, but not likely to bother me again.
Yes, in my city, the owners, the occasional run to run checks on its parking place and warnings for people with tags. You usually get a couple of days to repair it after the car was pulled through the city.
A good idea to speak with the owner, made the boat, and what is political. You need to issue a warning before the car. In this way you will not know when it's too late. Check your lease. Your lease may require that any vehicle parked on the property to current day.
