Research doctors/hospitals? - medical college rankings
I was looking for the universities today and met the infamous guest USAToday college. When I saw the ranking of medical schools, was not a school or care options .. and of course the various lines are the same.
I wonder what happens when you go into the schools of research on primary schools.
The practice of primary care, and only for laboratory research? Please explain? Has anyone seen?
As well as the salaries?

Medical College Rankings Research Doctors/hospitals?

Not a job description, a research university is one in which teachers conduct their own investigations. In a school, how to do this, teachers are not as focused on students, but graduate students and their own research. Maybe not the best choice for a diploma.
