I have MS and I remember a symptom of problems associated with the word. Sometimes I have to stop suddenly in a sentence and can not "get used" the word. It's boring, but I've learned to explode.

As the cognitive problems associated with MS is probably the only area in which the brain is the concentration and comprehension of the calculation has been severely damaged (the myelin sheath around neurons that are) responsible for this function to be exact.

If you have transmitter / relapsing MS (which is under fire and improve, and so on), then we can improve in the near future. There are some symptoms of MS in progress seem to have no connection with the attack on neurons. Fatigue, neck pain, mood swings and sensitivity to heat have ongoing symptoms for some people. Perhaps the cognitive function is one of them.

I found that some supplements, the symptoms may be over for me and help protect the brain, neurons, etc. I do not know if it seems to improve previousTadas attack, I just had a crisis ....

Vitamin D3 - I 2000 IU per day, as pointed out in several studies, in conjunction with MS and may help your mood. People who may also 4000iu low sun, but most do not.

Alpha-lipoic acid - this is an antioxidant that protects the fatty tissue in the brain and nervous system. 100mg per day.

Omega-3s from fish oil - can not ignore that protects the brain, reduces inflammation, regulates mood, help with fire neurotransmitters right and good (for the heart bonus!). 5000mg per day, and indeed the much needed!

Get these supplements in your health food store so that you are getting good quality and good prices (in line is usually a rip off). Some brands are Carlson, natural factors, Spectrum, and country life.

You should tell your doctor / neurologist, what is in them. Do not listen to your interferons.

*** In England, have announced they are in the third phase of testing a new drug. It is a medicine for leukemia THat seems to compensate for the disability in patients with multiple sclerosis! Cool!

Good luck to both:)

My mother has MS I in the 4th Year. It has similar symptoms to those listed. I want to talk to your doctor and see if there anything you can do to help. Not sure but I think her mother would be on medication for that. I know you are in a lot, and I hope that all is well for you.
